We just LOVED this recently remodeled hotel. The saunas and thermal pools were so clean and luxurious! And everything included in the price, including the extensive breakfast and dinner buffets, make this place a real deal. Elegant and very clean, with comfortable beds and extremely helpful staff. One of our favorite hotel experiences, anywhere.

Ocak ayında thermo Vital de 1 gece konakladık. Gerçekten otelin temizliği inanılmaz temiz. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe ve aşırı lezzetli. Akşam yemeğini bir bayan masanıza getiriyor tatlınıza kadar, ve lezzetli. Fakat en eksik yönü akşam yemeği çok az veriliyor resmen doymuyorsunuz, sanırım yemekli rezervasyon yapanlar için sayılı yapıyorlar yemekleri. Bence dışarıda yemek çok mantıksız. Havuzu bir tık temiz olabilir. Sabah 12 ye kadar havuzu sıcak ve temiz oluyor, fakat 12 den sonra karma olduğu için pis ve su soğuk oluyor. Spa bölümünde biraz daha ilgili olabilirler. Onun dışında çok sakin bir otel.

Neredeyse her sene gittiğim kış otellerinden birisi vital ailesine çok teşekkür ediyorum özellikle Sabri bey'e müthiş içten samimi sıcak yaklaşımından dolayı ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. diğer çalışan arkadaşlar danışmadaki yemekhane bölümündeki oda temizliği bölümündeki hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzlü hizmetlerinden ötürü. Önceki yıllara nazaran her sene yeniliklerle bize oteli sunmaları çok hoş. Dışarıdaki havuz müthiş derecede kaliteli. İnşallah yine bu kış sizlerle olmaktan büyük keyif duyacağım.

Otel temizliği iyiydi. İçeride termal havuzu ve dışarda da havuzu var. Dışarıda da havuzu olması büyük bir artıydı. Yüzerken yemyeşil bir ormana bakarak yüzüyorsunuz. Ayrıca dış havuzda istediğiniz içeceği de içebiliyorsunuz. Yemekleri çok lezzetli. Yoğurtluları özellikle çok güzeldi. Tatlıları harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Canla başla çalışıyorlar. Otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Ancak akşam yemeğinden sonra yapılabilecek hiçbirşey yok. Mutfak kapandığında içecek çay bile olmuyor. Canlı müzik ve en azından belli bir saate kadar çay-kahve soğuk içecek içme imkanı olabilirdi. Bunu eksik buldum.
